Privacy & Safety
With your admission you understand that your participation and involvement in the farm activities carries with it the potential for certain risks, some of which may not be reasonably foreseeable. You further acknowledge that these risks could cause you or others around you, harm, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, damage to property, emotional distress, or death. You are a willing participant in The Farm activities. By entering, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Farm, as well as all their employees, agents, representatives, successors, etc. from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action or expenses, known or unknown. If you choose to file claim, you agree to pay all court and attorney fees needed for proper defense.
Photo & Media Release Notice
By entering The Farm property, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and other media may be captured during your visit. These images may be used by The Farm for promotional, advertising, social media, and other lawful purposes, without payment or further permission.
Your presence on the property constitutes your consent to such recording and use. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify our staff upon arrival.

Weather & Refunds
The Farm operates rain or shine! Please check the weather before your visit. Light rain or sprinkling is not a reason for closure or refunds. For the safety of our guests and staff, we may close temporarily in the event of severe weather such as heavy rain, lightning, or other dangerous conditions.
All admissions are non-refundable.
